The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

North America: 1-3 weeks 

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

☆▽☆☾Sizing For Beaded Bracelets☆▽☆☾
Please use a thin soft measuring tape, the kind they use for tailoring, and wrap it tightly around your wist. Below is a general size guide and you usually always want to get a bracelet that is about  1 inch bigger than your wrist if the beads are              9mm ...if your wrist measures to be 7 inches, then order an 8 inch bracelet! :) if the beads are smaller say 6-7mm you want try to order 1/2 inch bigger than your wrist measurement. Most my beads are 8mm and so you would either order 1/2 or 1 inch bigger than your wrist measurement depending on how tight or loose you want it.
Here is a basic chart that you can go by too:
2 years 5.25 inches
3 years 5.5 inches
4-5 years 5.75 inches
6-7 years 6 inches
8-9 years 6.25 inches
10-11 years 6.5 inches
12-13 years 6.75 inches
14+ 7 inches
Adult Petite 7 inches
Adult Average 7.5 inches
Adult 8 inches
Adult Large 8.5 inches


☾☆ ▽☆Sizing for Crushed Crystal Cuff Bangles☆▽☆☾

Please use a thin soft measuring tape, the kind they use for tailoring, and wrap it tightly around your wist. Size suggestion for I am Keshet’s “crushed crystal cuff” some measurement tapes are inaccurate so we suggest using two different ones. Please measure your wrist and the width so it will fit through the "opening" and choose a size that is best for you. You can use a soft measuring tape or a string to measure. ▽

☉ Size SMALL▽ has about a 1 inch opening and 2.25 width 

If your wrist is 5.6-6 inches you might be a size small

☉ Size SMALL/MEDIUM ▽ has about a 1.2 inch opening and a 2.4 inch width 

If your wrist is 6.1-6.4 inches you might be a small medium

☉ Size MEDIUM ▽ has about a 1.4 inch opening and 2.4 inch width 

If your wrist is 6.5-6.8 you might be a medium 

☉ Size LARGE ▽ has about a 1.6 inch opening and 2.7 inch width 

If your wrist is 6.9-7.2 you might be a large

***Shipping***
Domestically, it usually takes me 1 to 3 weeks to prepare your order, but can be longer if it is the holidays or there is a pandemic....Every order from me is a custom order, and sometimes with a uniquely created Angel Message for you!
if my line gets too long I will customize my shipping time to accommodate my time restrictions...
If you are purchasing multiple items with multiple angel messages I may need more time so please talk to me!

Internationally: I don't have a lot of experience shipping internationally.
 

Do not buy from me if you need something ASAP. ...I can’t promise you anything as to when it will be there. Some sellers have huge warehouses and employees so they can get you a cheaper price with faster turnaround- Also we can't replicate our art, all items are made upon purchase with natural elements from the earth. We aren't machines, we are artists. If you want the symmetrical factory look, we are not the shop for you.

We do our best to source our materials from reputable vendors and annually go to the Tucson Gem Show ( when we aren't dealing with pandemics etc.)

☆Many of our art pieces contain a medley of our magical secret angel crystal mixture. To promote Heart chakra magic! If you have weird superstitions we are probably not the shop for you! We believe opals are magnificent, representing rainbows and our shop basically means " I am rainbow," since Keshet is 🌈 Rainbow in Hebrew so if you believe in the myths that any stone could possibly be "bad luck," you need to let us know in the notes section of your order upon purchase.

I do not accept returns for my angel messages, this is a service, as you are paying me for my time, if there is an issue with the product contact me immediately to exchange for a different size, each item is customized just for you. If you reside in the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day “cooling off period,” or a “right of withdrawal,” during which you may return an item for any reason, therefore I do not accept orders from the European Union from my site as this is a service.
